Meet Dr. Omar Ashraf
Dr. Omar Ashraf was born to Pakistani-American parents in Fort Worth and grew up in Garland, TX. After high school, he attended the University of Texas at Austin where he graduated with honors with a BBA in Marketing. Dr. Ashraf attended dental school at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA where he learned to practice with a patient-centric approach and where he volunteered regularly with Give Kids a Smile, MEND clinic for the underserved, and the Riverside Clinic for the homeless.
Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Ashraf returned home to the Dallas/Fort Worth area to provide high quality care in his hometown. At Aventura Dental, Dr. Ashraf is aiming to provide the highest quality comprehensive oral health care in a comfortable environment, focusing on preventative care, and treating each patient with respect and compassion as if they were his own family member to create a memorable and enjoyable experience. Outside of the office you can find him staying active, trying different restaurants, and cheering on the Texas Longhorns, Dallas Cowboys, and Dallas Mavericks.
Meet Dr. Ernest R. Garza
Dr. Ernest R. Garza was born and raised in Corpus Christi, TX. He received his B.S. at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi where he graduated with honors in a Biomedical Science degree and minor in Chemistry. While pursuing his undergraduate studies, Dr. Garza would volunteer in “Tooth Talks” where he would educate elementary students and parents of the importance of oral hygiene.
Upon graduation, Dr. Garza attended dental school at Texas A&M University College of Dentistry. While in dental school, Dr. Garza would participate in Mission in Arlington where he would provide dental services for the underserved community.
Dr. Garza firmly believes in providing quality dental care to all of his patients while educating them on importance of oral hygiene. Outside of giving patients the confidence of a smile, Dr. Garza enjoys working out, attending music shows, and playing with his two dogs.
